"Specialist clinician certified in gold-standard autism diagnostic instruments and communication protocols, including ADOS-2, ADI-R, and PECS® Level 1. Dedicated to delivering comprehensive neurodevelopmental assessments alongside functional communication strategies that empower individuals and their support networks."
After almost a year of navigating these challenges, I made a life-changing decision: I would enter this field myself.
I wanted to understand autism, behavior, education, and intervention—not only for my own children, but also for the many other children and families who were struggling to find the kind of help that I had been searching for.
That decision became the foundation of my professional journey.
Over the years, I have worked extensively in Applied Behavior Analysis, autism intervention, clinical supervision, professional education, parent training, multidisciplinary collaboration, and inclusive education.
My career has evolved from learning and practicing ABA to training professionals, supervising practitioners, consulting with organizations, establishing clinical systems, and developing services that aim to make quality intervention more accessible to families.
I have had the privilege of working with children and families in Pakistan, the UAE, UK, Sweden, Canada, Ireland, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and other international contexts, providing clinical guidance, consultation, supervision, and professional support.
I have also trained and mentored hundreds of aspiring and practicing professionals in ABA and related areas, supporting the development of RBTs, IBTs, behavior professionals, and International Behavior Analysts.
One of the most important principles behind TSTC is that parents deserve access, transparency, dignity, and a clear understanding of the services being provided to their children. Throughout my work, I have advocated for greater transparency in therapy, meaningful parent participation, ethical professional practice, appropriate documentation, and systems in which families are not left dependent on professionals without understanding what is happening in their child's intervention.

My work with families also led me to establish Inclusi-Vision Early Learning Center (IELC).
IELC was created from my belief that children with different developmental profiles deserve opportunities to learn in environments that recognize their individual strengths while addressing their developmental needs.
My vision for IELC is to provide a 21st-century inclusive learning environment that integrates school readiness, developmental support, play, creativity, sensory responsiveness, independence, social-emotional development, and multidisciplinary intervention.
For me, inclusion is not simply about placing a child in a classroom. It is about preparing the child, preparing the environment, equipping professionals, and supporting families so that participation becomes meaningful.
