Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy

Evidence-based, individualized support to help children build meaningful skills, increase independence, and participate more successfully in everyday life.

What is ABA Therapy?

ABA is a scientific approach to understanding learning and behavior. At TSTC, we use individualized, evidence-based behavioral strategies to help children acquire meaningful skills, increase independence, strengthen communication, and participate more successfully in daily routines.

Our Goal

To help each child develop meaningful skills, achieve greater independence, communicate effectively, and reach their fullest potential in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Our ABA Services Include

We create personalized programs based on each child’s strengths, needs, and goals.
  • Individualized behavioral and developmental assessments.
  • Personalized intervention plans based on the learner’s strengths and needs.
  • Functional communication training (FCT).
  • Positive reinforcement and differential reinforcement strategies.
  • Natural Environment Teaching (NET) and Discrete Trial Teaching (DTT), when appropriate.
  • Functional life skills and adaptive behavior training.
  • Attention, engagement, learning readiness, and instructional skills.
  • Emotional regulation and coping skills.
  • Reduction of behaviors that interfere with learning, safety, communication, or participation through individualized, function-informed interventions.
  • Progress monitoring, data collection, and ongoing review of intervention goals.

We prioritize compassionate, assent-informed, and dignity-centered practice, with an emphasis on teaching useful replacement skills rather than relying on punitive approaches.
