"I am passionate about Applied Behavior Analysis, clinical leadership, professional education, and supporting individuals and families through compassionate, individualized, and evidence-based behavioral services."

Introduction

I am Anam Sana, M.A., BCBA, LBA, IBA β€” a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Licensed Behavior Analyst in Texas, and International Behavior Analyst with a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology.

My professional career is centered on Applied Behavior Analysis, clinical leadership, professional education, and supporting individuals and families through compassionate, individualized, and evidence-based behavioral services. I have experience working closely with children, families, RBTs, BCBAs, and multidisciplinary clinical teams. My work includes clinical supervision, assessment, treatment planning, program development, staff training, progress monitoring, and family collaboration.

Clinical Leadership

  • As a clinical leader, I am passionate about developing strong, knowledgeable, and compassionate clinical teams. I believe high-quality ABA services begin with well-trained professionals who receive consistent supervision, mentorship, and support.

  • I believe that taking care of the people who provide care is an essential part of quality clinical practice. Creating opportunities for professional growth, team connection, recognition, and well-being helps build stronger clinical teams.

Education & Professional Development

I earned my Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology, building a strong foundation in the science and practice of behavior analysis.

Core Principle

I am also an International Behavior Analyst (IBA) and have been involved in providing IBA coursework since 2023, supporting students as they develop their knowledge and professional skills in behavior analysis. One of the most rewarding aspects of professional education is seeing students achieve their goals. I am proud to celebrate the success of our students, including Sania from Batch 4 (2025), who successfully passed the IBA examination. Since 2023, I have been involved in providing IBA coursework, supporting aspiring behavior professionals in their educational and professional journeys.

My Professional Philosophy

  • I believe ABA should focus not only on reducing challenging behaviors, but also on helping individuals develop meaningful communication, independence, social skills, adaptive skills, and greater participation in their everyday lives.

  • I also believe that successful clinical practice requires collaboration. Families, RBTs, BCBAs, educators, and other professionals all play an important role in creating meaningful outcomes.

  • My leadership philosophy is built around continuous learning, mentorship, collaboration, compassion, and professional growth.

  • Strong professionals build strong teams. Strong teams create stronger care.

  • My goal is to continue contributing to the field of ABA through clinical practice, leadership, education, mentorship, and the development of high-quality behavioral services.
