Families contact the clinic to arrange an initial consultation. Our administrative team collects basic information about the child, family concerns, and requested services, including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), speech therapy, and occupational therapy.
Identify the family’s needs and arrange an initial consultation.

The Clinical Director meets caregivers to complete intake forms, review history, identify priorities, and discuss the child’s strengths and concerns. Observations may cover communication, adaptive skills, social interaction, play, learning, and behavior.
Understand the child’s developmental profile and determine appropriate next steps.

The Clinical Director recommends assessments after consultation. These may include interviews, developmental history, rating scales, record reviews, and observation in natural settings. When indicated, an FBA explores behavior and its possible function too.
Identify strengths, skill deficits, behavioral needs, and treatment priorities.

The Clinical Director reviews findings with the family and creates an individualized plan. Goals may address communication, social skills, adaptive behavior, play, learning, and independence. The team discusses services, strategies, data, and progress.
Establish measurable goals and a collaborative plan with the family.

Once the plan and arrangements are finalized, therapy begins. Qualified therapists use evidence-based procedures under clinical supervision. Progress is tracked through data collection, observation, and skill monitoring, with interventions adjusted when needed.
Build meaningful skills, increase independence, and support generalization across environments.
Functional behavior assessment is conducted when indicated; it is not automatically required for every child. Assessment and treatment recommendations are determined by qualified professionals according to individual needs.
